After a year you have a choice kung kaninong broker kayo magpaacredit. May iba kasi agents gusto magpa-acredit sa isang broker tapos magbebenta or magwowork sa ibang broker or ibang sales team or yong iba nman dahil sa kanilang personal business like resale or rental property which is wrong.

The main reason di kami basta basta nagpapaacredit ng mga agents dahil iniingatan namin ang aming license in case may mangyayari kasi na di mganda sa isang transaction, ang brokers license namin ang nakasalalay at pwede marevoke ng PRC. Kaya I suggest sa mga agents na gusto magwork ng sarili nilang real estate business at ayaw magbenta under the supervision of their broker, magpalicense na rin kayo dahil mahigpit na ang batas ngayon againts colorum agents. We are just here to help you. Kahit nagwowork kayo sa isang real estate developer at walang PRC & HLURB accreditation endorsed by your broker, you are still considered as an illegal agents pagdating sa batas natin which is pwede kayo makulong.

There are only 2 requirements for you to become a licensed real estate broker.

  1. You must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management 4 year course. Pero if graduate na kayo ng ibang course baka one year or two years nyo nalang sya kunin.
  2. Pass the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination given by the board similar to other professions like teacher, nurse, doctors etc.

Kung ayaw nyo maging broker pwede kayo paacredit sa isang broker with only two requirements at walang board exam.

  1. At least 72 units in college or college graduate
    2. Choose a trusted broker and attend seminars. You will be endorsed by your broker for PRC and HLURB accreditation to be considered as an accredited real estate salesperson.
