We are a group of Real Estate Service Professionals in the Philippines who are advocates of anti-colorums or against illegal real estate practice in the Philippines. We establish this website to inform the public about RA 9646 or better known as RESA (Real Estate Service Act ). This law prohibits illegal real estate practice and violation of the provisions of the law can mean a minimum of two (2) years imprisonment plus P200T fines or both.
